It can be a stressful time when you or your loved one need additional home care. It’s a whole new world of options, and you suddenly find yourself making some big adulty decisions quickly. This is why I have enjoyed working with Hayley at Complete Care Services North West. Working on their rebrand and new website was such an honour, especially because I knew it would mean that we could bring clarity and ease to all those in need of their services.
Brief
Your care provider becomes part of the family, their rebrand (which included a new logo), needed to feel warm and welcoming.
The website had one clear objective; clarity. Visitors needed to instantly see if Complete Care Services North West was the right company for them, and know how to get in touch. No searching, no major scrolling, no essays to read, just the basics.
What the client received
A new logo along with a rebranding package.
